Jean is a New York Times bestselling author and trusted advisor to hundreds of CEOs and senior leaders. He is a regular keynote speaker on subjects including corporate strategy, leadership, innovation, employee engagement and new organisational models.
Jean is also an expert facilitator, regularly undertaking high-challenge assignments across the globe for brands including Coca-Cola, Condé Nast, eBay, GE, Microsoft, Pfizer, Sony, Standard Life Investments, Superdrug, Stella McCartney, Toyota and UK Sport.
In 2010, Jean co-authored the New York Times bestseller, The Way We’re Working Isn’t Working, with Tony Schwartz.
In 1997, Jean co-founded the think tank, HumanITy, a UK charity that advises governments and NGOs on issues of social exclusion and technology. He is a Business Fellow of the University for the Creative Arts and has a keen interest in the arts.
In 2011 he attended the 2041 Inspire Antarctic Expedition ‘Leadership on the Edge’, where he spent a month in the Antarctic alongside corporate leaders, educators, students and entrepreneurs from around the world, as part of an ecological research and lobbying programme.
Tammy is Managing Director of DPA and a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
Tammy has extensive, global experience working in strategy, leadership development, communication and change with clients spanning the retail, finance, automotive, pharmaceutical, telecoms, sporting and electronics industries.
Tammy leads much of DPA’s leadership development work and is also a skilled facilitator of senior teams who are tackling complex business issues.
Her assignments include working with the Board of the Women’s Tennis Association to create their vision and strategy, taking Coca-Cola’s change management strategy to their top 250 leaders in Africa, and being part of the team that created a new multi-billion dollar telecoms brand called Nokia Siemens Networks. Tammy has also created business performance and people strategies for a number of well-known brands.
Tammy has a Masters Degree in Leadership Development and is accredited by the British Psychological Society to administer both ability and personality testing. She is also a highly experienced psychometric practitioner and career coach, accredited in a number of well-known tools including Emotional Intelligence (EQi 2.0, EQi 360, JCA EIP, JCA EIP 360), the HOGAN Leadership Suite, MBTI, Team Effectiveness (various), JCA Leadership Climate Indicator, DISC, 15FQ+, STRONG and the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Inventory.
Michael is the chief architect behind many of our clients’ most complex business transformation programmes.
He helps leadership teams to create strategy and develop the organisation’s ability to then deliver this new value effectively through practical and profitable action. By combining his experience of organisational design, planning and alignment with a deep insight into employee motivation, leadership and culture he delivers high impact, sustainable change programmes and projects.
Since joining DPA in 2006, Michael has been an advisor to senior leaders in organisations including eBay, Royal London, Grey Advertising and WWF.
Prior to joining DPA, Michael was the head of policy of a local government organisation.
David is an organisational performance consultant who specialises in customer experience. He combines business psychology expertise with broad commercial experience as a former senior executive at Exxon Mobil, PepsiCo and The Gap.
David specialises in helping leaders to create and implement new business strategies, bringing his expertise in organisational design and development, change management and growth.
A natural facilitator, David advises leadership teams on maximising organisational performance and the customer experience by marrying ‘hard’ commercial realities with ‘soft’ people strategies.
David is a qualified Business Psychologist, is accredited to the British Psychological Society level A and level B standards to administer ability and personality testing, and is a member of the Professional Mediators’ Association.
Nikki Bartlett has been working in the field of organisation and people development for over 17 years. A skilled and dedicated listener, Nikki is talented at creating stimulating and vibrant learning environments. She is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, an NLP Trainer, an accredited MBTI, Emotional Intelligence and Hypnosis Practitioner.
An Executive Coach and Strategic Facilitator, Nikki has helped people challenge their biggest obstacles and achieve their desired outcomes. Known for her energy and expertise, Nikki prides herself on an ability to ask that worthwhile question that unlocks and motivates her clients to create positive change that improves their life, work and well-being.
Nikki has worked with a wide variety of clients including Pearson, Saatchi & Saatchi, M&G Investments and The British Medical Association. She is passionate about making learning a practical experience that creates long term behavioural change. Her work now focuses on business leaders, working closely with Senior Management Teams, Senior Leaders and Boards.
Clare is an experienced leadership development specialist. She combines deep subject matter expertise with broad corporate experience, having previously worked at Unilever, BP and Thames Water.
Since joining DPA in 2010, Clare has co-designed and led some of the company’s most significant leadership and management development programmes for clients including Allianz, Sanofi, Scottish Life, Sony and Telefonica O2.
Clare has a particular passion for helping leaders develop their emotional intelligence (EI). As an accredited practitioner in a major EI profiling tool, Clare has become one of DPA’s most experienced EI coaches.
Francis combines conventional experience with unconventional wisdom in his work with leaders and teams, often working with values, culture, and embodiment. He has been helping individuals and teams learn and develop for over 15 years and has authored four books and contributed to other publications including professional resources for cultivating compassionate leadership.
Francis is expert at creating transformational programmes that balance being safe enough for people to take the risks that engender real learning with being challenging enough to stretch people. He offers powerful listening and his own compelling insight to support leaders and teams in digging deeper and asking the tough questions that create breakthrough results.
Francis has worked with leaders ranging from graduates to CEO’s, from all over the world, and across multiple sectors. Previous clients include: Allianz, Wiley Publishing, BMI Healthcare, Hewlett Packard, The Met. Police, HSBC Bank, Grey (Creative Agency).
Francis is an international trainer of facilitators and coaches. A career that spans consulting, software development and building several businesses means that as part of the DPA Consulting team, Phil is ideally placed to provide DPA clients with innovative digital learning tools and solutions that will meet their business needs and expand their learning and development capability.
Phil completed the executive MBA programme at the University of Surrey in 2008 and is a member of the Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs.
Anthony is an expert in helping leaders and managers to develop ‘executive presence’, including strong influencing and communications skills.
With over 20 years of experience as a successful actor, writer and acting coach, Anthony specialises in helping clients improve internal communication, personal effectiveness, presentation and pitching.
As a passionate facilitator, Anthony has worked with a wide range of clients in the public and private sectors including Allianz and Sanofi.
Many of Anthony’s former students, including an Olivier award winner, now pursue successful careers in film, TV and the West End.
Lee is one of the newest consultants to join DPA, and brings with him over 10 years experience in developing leaders and managers in front line management skills through to business/strategic direction planning. His experience has been gained from different business sectors including Finance/Insurance to Travel and Tourism management.
As a dedicated and passionate facilitator, Lee has worked for some of the most successful brands in the UK, such as TUI UK & Ireland and Volkswagen Group UK.
Lee has a passion for leadership training that incorporates different types of behavioural theory, and is a licensed practitioner of Insights discovery, which utilises Carl Jung’s theory. He also has a keen interest in Social Learning theories along with considering different studies relating to “gamification”.
Frosa specialised in Psychology during her degree in Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge, which is accredited by the British Psychological Society.
Frosa has a wealth of experience in building client relationships through open channels of communication and support for client learning and development programmes and events.
Emma is responsible for coordinating and supporting our leadership development, innovation and strategy programmes. This includes providing a high level of support to DPA Consultants for the smooth running of all DPA programme deliveries.
Emma has an extensive sales/business support background within the financial and packaging markets. She has strong customer relationship management experience and has a structured approach to planning and organisation using quality standards.
Director Team Assistant
With a wealth of experience in support roles in both the public and private sectors, excellent organisational and customer service skills and knowledge of managing high volume projects in a calm, professional and efficient manner, Lisa is responsible for providing and ensuring a high quality service for our clients in conjunction with DPA’s consulting team.
As a highly competent, efficient and organised administrator she oversees the smooth day to day running of the office as well as providing support for the Director Team and liaising with our clients to ensure they receive the best experience and service possible from first contact to event or delivery.
Clara provides end to end programme coordination, supporting consultants on a variety of L&D deliverables.
Prior to joining DPA, Clara worked in an internal communication agency as a project manager. She has extensive experience of managing engagement programmes, particularly through the delivery of events, for UK and international clients including Engie, HSBC and Transport for London.
Head of Studio
Glyn has vast experience in leading and managing creative design studios. Working across many different sectors such as Telecommunications, ICT, Hotel & Hospitality and Healthcare, Glyn is equally at home designing for print, digital initiatives or the web. Glyn has a strong client focused mentality and is always looking for new ways to make business communications more creative and engaging.
David is a Senior Designer in DPA’s successful in-house studio.
David brings his extensive artworking and graphic design skills to help the consultancy team translate concepts into clear and compelling visuals. He also has a wealth of experience in all areas of the artworking/pre-press process and a thorough understanding of a multitude of print processes and how to apply them in different scenarios. Running an effective studio operation also means that, from time to time, David needs to flex his time management muscles.
David speaks both Windows and Mac, and always enjoys finding new ways of doing things. He loves new technologies and learning. David is a keen amateur photographer with a particular interest in landscapes.
Magda supports DPA’s finances and works through Taylor Cocks as our Management Accountant.

John is an accomplished Business Change Practitioner with twenty years’ experience of guiding leading private and public sector organisations to achieve lasting benefit through change. Previous clients include BT, Toyota, Southern Water, the British Red Cross and the Home Office.
Combining transformational change expertise and practical benefit management approaches, John helps organisations to be clear about their desired destination and designs the model change roadmap to get there.
Engaging and supporting the people impacted through change has been a constant theme in his work. John has demonstrated that managing the human capacity for change – motivation, learning, culture and leadership – delivers real value for organisations, regardless of the sector or the challenges.
