Since 1980, our mission has been to explore and discover new ways of thinking about, leading and managing organisations, so that they thrive by enabling their people to bring their fullest value to the enterprise.

Over a number of years we’ve hand-picked world-class experts in their field, to create a diverse group of people spanning management consultants, psychologists, innovation experts, graphic designers, storytellers, and of course people expert at managing programmes and logistics on behalf of clients.

Our Team

DPA is an experienced, multi-disciplinary team of business consultants each with over a decade of experience. Our expertise spans management consultancy, HR, learning and development (L&D), communications, marketing, internal communications, organisational development (OD), psychology, organisational effectiveness, client service, and of course our in-house graphic design, video and web studios.
