Emma brings her experience as a business psychologist to the design and delivery of all programmes she is part of at DPA.
As a consultant and facilitator, Emma enjoys getting to the heart of the problem. She finds her energy from working with organisations that have a vision for change and transformation and, most importantly, an understanding of the role leaders play in realising this vision through the teams around them.
With a natural curiosity for understanding the ‘why’, one of Emma’s strengths is her unassuming ability to ask the questions that matter at an organisational, team and individual level. This questioning often enables Emma to help people surface challenges and navigate blockers to speed up transformation and realise their own potential.
Over the last year Emma has been applying this skill to innovation leadership, helping organisations to embrace the mindset of experimentation. Giving leaders and their teams permission to test their assumptions, fail fast and learn and develop exponentially.
Prior to joining DPA, Emma worked with global organisations to design and implement change programmes by applying psychological principles of behaviour change and engagement. She also spent eight years in corporate communications, working with leadership teams within the financial and professional services sector to articulate business strategy to national media.
Emma holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology and a BA Hons in Social Psychology from Cambridge University. She is a qualified BPS registered Test User for Occupational Ability and Personality.
