Jo is an experienced coach and facilitator in leadership and personal development. She has a passion for people, learning and development and understanding human relationships including what makes individuals unique.
She enjoys supporting whole self-development (personal and professional), encouraging people to take ownership and accountability for their development, actions and behaviours.
Jo brings 12 years’ experience of business management, leadership and learning and development gained across the hospitality industry. There she supported leaders through new business developments and openings, helping them to define and embed vision, values and behaviours. Alongside this, Jo has also designed and delivered career development pathways from early career starters to leadership development programmes.
Jo integrates her business experience, leadership insight and coaching expertise, providing support that is tailored and individual to help people achieve meaningful and lasting results.
Jo particularly enjoys working with teams to understand how they can work more effectively together and to develop the individuals to harness their strengths and evolve their leadership skills and behaviours.
Jo is a keen learner and advocate for self-development. She is an accredited MBTI practitioner and is currently studying for a Diploma in Transformational Coaching.
