Marti brings over 10 years’ consulting experience to the DPA team. She has helped well-known, multinational brands deliver bespoke strategy, change and learning & development solutions. Her experience spans across a wide range of industries including professional services, leisure, automotive retail and non-profit.
She enjoys getting to know client organisations to understand their core business challenges and help them develop strategies to achieve their objectives; whether it be culture change, customer experience modernisation or leadership development. Her strengths lie in asking challenging questions, translating business problems into clear change and learning initiatives; and engaging people to think differently.
Marti believes that human relationships are the heart of any successful development or change programme, even more so in an era defined by constant technological advancement and evolving customer and employee expectations. As an experienced facilitator and coach, she gets most satisfaction from seeing individuals, teams and organisations elevate their performance by fostering deeper relationships in the workplace.
She holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Personal and Business Coaching from the University of Chester and a Master of Laws in U.S. and Global Business Law.
