Michael is the chief architect behind many of our clients’ most complex business transformation programmes.
By combining his experience of organisational design and strategic planning with a deep insight into organisational behavior, leadership and culture he helps his clients to develop the resilience, adaptability and agility that is crucial in an increasingly turbulent world of exponential change.
Michael works closely with leadership teams to create a clarity of purpose and vision that fuels long-term organisational success and supports them to mobilise leaders, teams and communities to collaboratively develop the mindset, culture and capability required to deliver this. He works closely with senior groups to define their role in the future success of their organisation, and then to enable the necessary personal and collective shifts in leadership approach that this demands.
Since joining DPA in 2006, Michael has been an advisor to senior leaders in organisations including eBay, Royal London, Warner Music Group and Howdens.
Prior to joining DPA, Michael was the Head of Strategy & Policy for a large London local authority.
