Tammy is Managing Director of DPA and a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. With more than 20 years experience in people change, talent strategy and leadership development, her passion is to help large organisations perform at their best. Her expertise spans strategy development, OD, leadership development, strategic HR practice, employee engagement as well as external communication. She brings these disciplines together in an unusual way to break down traditional organisational silos and get business results.
Tammy applies these skills through Board level facilitation and the design and delivery of people performance programmes. She has designed and delivered some well-known global talent and leadership development programmes for the world’s leading brands. Bespoke, creative programme design aligned to business goals is what she is best known for. In a 10 year period, she has been nominated for and won eight major industry awards for her client work.
Tammy has a Masters Degree in Leadership Development and is accredited by the British Psychological Society to administer both ability and personality testing. She is also a highly experienced psychometric practitioner, career and Executive coach, and is accredited in a number of well-known tools including Emotional Intelligence (EQi 2.0, EQi 360, JCA EIP, JCA EIP 360), the HOGAN Leadership Suite, MBTI, Team Effectiveness (various), JCA Leadership Climate Indicator, DISC, 15FQ+, STRONG, Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI) and the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Inventory. Tammy brings these insights and theories to life through experiential learning design, for example an emotional intelligence experience working with horses (equine assisted learning). A particular interest is the design and delivery of bespoke experiences for Senior Teams to help them reach their full potential.
