Creating commitment to values-based leadership
An extended leadership development programme with the board and senior leadership team to renew and embed commitment to values-based leadership in the business. We started with ‘listening’ workshops with the leadership teams to focus the work and then used our own ‘Organisational Performance State Survey’ tool to feed real insight into the leaders on team climate. From there we combined experiential learning with every leader designing and pursuing their own learning experiments, deriving further insight and real business value.
Leading edge learning included work with lean start-up practices, managing state and embodied leadership, change, and resilience. A key outcome of this programme was a renewed commitment to the core organisational values, leading to a realignment of strategy which was shaped as part of the programme.
