How are we different?

This is the fundamental question that an organisation’s strategy should address. Our work in helping leaders to create and lead strategy focuses on two central challenges: Creating and operationalising a strategy that creates competitive differential, and understanding how they help their teams to face the reality of that strategy and inspire the change required to make it happen.

Too often an organisation’s strategy is simply an extrapolation of existing ways of thinking and operating. In our hyper accelerating world, strategy must embrace the realities of new exponential technologies, radical new business models and mounting customer expectation. Strategy development should be a careful balance between validating the lifespan of the existing business model and the ability to quantify risk and investment to create the future. We work with leaders, and their live challenges, to achieve strategic clarity and make progress on the mindset and behavioural shifts required, whilst building their capability for big picture thinking in the future.
