Team effectiveness, whilst seemingly simple in principle, is made more complicated by human nature and dynamics. Our first step is always to understand the problem that we are trying to solve, and from this we design a bespoke programme based on our Fusion design principles, industry research (e.g. scrum methodology for agile working) and our wisdom and experience as consultants. This gives us the clear outcomes needed to move any team from active to effective. Some of the blockers that we commonly see involve mindset, accountability, leadership climate, motivation, and communication.
Our approaches range from the scientific and data driven (using team psychometric data and tools) through to creating profound team experiences that fundamentally shift a group dynamic and how people ‘are’ with each other.
