We received a progressive brief from the HR and Business Programme Heads of this important technology and change programme for Twinings, to help keep the team dynamic strong and positive, so they could deliver this ‘mission critical’ International SAP implementation.
Whilst already excelling, as a team of project managers, in ‘what’ needed to happen, the different workstreams and challenging deadlines often brought team members into potential conflict with each other. We worked with them over a 9 month period to help the team ‘stay together’ by focusing on the other aspect of team success, not what they ‘do’ but how they ‘are’ with each other.
